Online store terms

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, images and descriptions accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Product use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailWise Pets is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
