Shipping policy

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States, with no minimum spend. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order with several products may arrive in more than one package.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after the label is created.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we'll help right away.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it.
